Privacy policy

What we collect

When you sign in with Discord, we store your Discord account identifier, display name, and avatar reference. Accounts made before Discord sign-in may also hold a Minecraft Java username and UUID. We also store keyed session hashes, subscription state, configured account and server labels, and dashboard activity.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate your dashboard, process purchases, enforce account limits, provide product support, and maintain security. We do not receive your Minecraft or Discord password, launcher token, or full payment-card details.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in a SQLite database on the Skelle server. Session records expire after 14 days. Other account data is retained while your account is active or as needed for security and legal obligations.

Third parties

Discord authenticates your sign-in under its own terms; we ask it only for your account identifier, name, and avatar. Stripe processes checkout, payment details, invoices, and subscription management under its own privacy policy. Infrastructure providers may process limited data needed to host and secure this service. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can unlink Discord inside Skelle or revoke it in Discord's Authorized Apps settings, and manage recurring billing in the Stripe portal. Contact us through the official Discord server to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.

This policy should be reviewed for the jurisdictions where Skelle will be offered before public launch.
